primarily worked as an enterprise Data warehouse architect
(Business Intelligence) for various Fortune 500 corporations
like Sun Microsystems, Cisco, HP Shopping and People Soft
.
He has gained immense international exposure
while working for these Fortune 500 companies at California
USA, Middle East and India. He has been awarded for various
lead roles in his career. Sameer is a creative, proactive
problem-solver who accurately assesses technical challenges
and successfully transforms ideas into productive solutions.
He has vast experience in data warehouse design, dimensional
modeling, architecture, sizing, developing, deploying and
performance tuning of applications. Having served businesses
and individuals of several countries for over 16 years,
our CEO understands what is required for 100% Customer Satisfaction.
He is using this experience to build Xcelcom into a world
class organisation.
Manish Bhatnagar Co-Founder
& Chief Operating Officer
Manish has over 15 years of experience
in building and managing IT operations. Manish is a creative
and talented web designer and his wide experience includes
business development,ISP & Domestic Call Centre operations,
IT infrastructure, and strategic planning.
Manish is a founding member of an ISP and
Domestic Call center services provider in India where he
built the company from ground up and helped build several
successful business streams. Prior to this, Manish worked
as Area Manager (Marketing) in one of the top Automobile
companies of India , for over 8 years where he was instrumental
in growing the company market share and modernization/Automation
plans for all the dealerships in Central India. Manish has
a bachelors in Engineering.
Mridul Bhatnagar Sr. Vice
President Sales & Marketing (US & Europe)
Mridul has more then 15 years experience
in Technical Sales and Consulting. Working as US Accounts
Manager for large MNC, re-established and strengthened contracts
with key National Accounts that generate over $10 million
revenue annually. He also led regional and local teams helping
them increase sales, negotiate and monitor contracts, create
long term relationships, and expand the market by effectively
organizing, prioritizing, communicating and implementing
new strategies and procedures.
As US Southwest regional manager he effectively
established and enhanced sales in the Southwest Territory,
in excess of $ 3M annually, creating Regional Accounts,
Established Sales Strategies, Annual Sales Plans, New Business
Expansions for the Region in coordination with Business
Development Teams.
He has also established service oriented
programs and pioneered technical service optimization systems
for existing customers and helped them realize operational
savings.
Mridul possesses degree for Bachelor of
Science, Mechanical Engineering. Pune India. He enjoys sports,
reading, and music. Also enjoys working as a team in achieving
new projects and goals.
Ajay Bhatnagar Sr.
Vice President Sales & Marketing (Canada, Middle East
& Europe)
Ajay has more then 17 years of experience
in providing solutions for Supply Chain Management and Global
sourcing requirements. He has been an active member of the
teams tasked with the implementation and the complete monitoring
of the systems – using internet, ERP and WMS systems
solutions as tools. All projects headed by him focused on
"Cost-Benefit Analysis" and thus economically
delivered enhanced services.
He headed a team to establish markets in the Middle East
– for an MNC which is involved in global sourcing
of around 50k SKUs. In just two years of inception –
the revenue for the region rose to $2 M and is exponentially
growing since.
Ajay is a qualified Chartered Accountant from India and
also holds certification in Specialization in Business Finance.
He is a team player and always endeavors to make a "positive
contribution" in projects he is connected with.
